  • You are responsible for ensuring your laundry is properly prepared for collection, free from hazardous materials or non-laundry items.
  • You agree to adhere to scheduled collection and delivery times.

4. Payment and Billing

All services are subject to the agreed-upon pricing. Invoices will be issued according to your service agreement and are payable within the specified terms. Late payments may incur administrative charges and interest.

5. Limitation of Liability

London Premium Laundry will exercise reasonable care in processing laundry items. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to items not suitable for commercial laundering.
  • Damage due to pre-existing conditions of items (e.g., weak fabric, faulty zippers).
  • Minor shrinkage, color bleeding, or button damage inherent to the laundering process.

Our liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item, as per industry standards.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility are detailed in your individual service agreement. Please contact us immediately for any changes to your service schedule.

7. Intellectual Property
